Exchange 2010 support for Unity
Cisco will be supporting Exchange 2010 for Unity. Here is the timeline :
Cisco Unity 7.0 – March 31, 2010
Cisco Unity 5.0 – May 31, 2010
Cisco Unity 8.0 – June 30, 2010
An Engineering Special (ES) build will be available for download as validation is completed for each release of Cisco Unity. If you are running anything pre-Unity 5.0, and who plan to upgrade to Exchange 2010, you should upgrade to Cisco Unity 7.0 first, once they have the ES available, before you do an upgrade to Exchange 2010.

JTAPI mismatch on UCCX 7 in VMware
If you install UCCX 7 in VMware, you may run into this error (or something similar):
The Cisco JTAPI client versions are inconsistent. Please go to Cisco JTAPI Resync in the Unified Telephony Subsystem to install the JTAPI client.
To fix this, VNC or RDP onto your UCCX 7 server, then create a c:\winnt folder. Then, copy the java folder from c:\windows to the newly-created c:\winnt folder.
Try doing a JTAPI resync again.

I've taken some time off from this site for a while studying for my CCIE exam and playing around with the UC 8 products. I should hopefully get updated content again. Thank you for your patience!
